ZEN Doggie! DOGA!
YOGA for Doggies & their people!

11:30 am: Yoga for dogs & their human companions

This is an open air workshop, so please bring a yoga mat or large towel! Join Melissa Childers of Welcome Home Yoga as she guides you through an unforgettable experience of Doggie Yoga! Doga, as it’s called, is an excellent way to bond with your doggie! Doga poses help you and your dog work together to build trust and strengthens the bond you share! It can also amplify the success of your dog’s behavior correction and training.

Doggies recovering from an injury or accident or have age-related challenges can get significant pain relief and rebuild strength through gentle stretching, which relieves muscle tension.

The breathing exercises of DOGA can work miracles for hyperactive dogs! The relaxation melts stress away and can lead to a more content partner. The physical exercise puts your dog’s energy to good use, while stretching and massage soothes. If you are dreaming of your dog being a ZEN DOGGIE — calm, relaxed and confident — this is a must-attend workshop!
